Every machine we sell comes with install technical support from a very experienced team of engineers and technicians. We will be there on your factory floor doing the installation or helping your team install your new machine.
We keep a number of spare parts in stock and have the ability to manufacture or source parts quickly. Tronics also stock consumables such as inks, cleaning and makeup solutions, as well as thermal transfer ribbons, amongst several other products.
Our customers can opt between having our service technicians run a regular maintenance program on their machines or having our service technicians called out to site on an as needed basis.
Unlike many other machinery sellers we offer competitive trade-ins for our machines. We can break them down into parts so they are worth something to us, which reduces your purchase cost.
